Dustin has been directing, teaching and producing professionally for the last 12 years with companies in Boston, New York, Colorado & internationally. Dustin is also a Founder & Marketing Director for Dune Jewelry, the Original Beach Sand Jewelry Company here in Boston, MA. Dustin's ability to seize new artistic opportunities, define groundbreaking theatrical aesthetics and innovate the professional theatre model has kept OTP thriving since 2010. As Producing Artistic Director, Dustin keeps his focus on you, our community, and can always be found ushering new faces & ideas through our door.
GEORGE SMART
DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
George Smart- is a Boston based playwright who’s thirty 10 minute plays have been produced in Boston, Chicago, New York, Seattle, San Francisco, San Capistrano, Minnesota, Colorado , Florida, Maine, Texas, Ireland, England and the Philippines. His full length play “Mr. Teddy (not a children’s story” had its world premiere in Boston in June of 2014. His group of short plays titled Gay Shorts had its world premiere in Boston in March of 2017. He is a member of the Open Theater Project in Jamaica Plain, MA, the Boston Playwrights Platform and the Dramatist Guild of America
EVELYN HOLLEY
CLERK
Evelyn Holley received her BA in Theatre from Middlebury College where she was the recipient of the Drue Cortell Gensler Thesis Award in Women’s Studies. She has also studied with the Atlantic Acting School & HB Studio in New York. As a multiracial woman of color, she is passionate about issues surrounding diversity awareness and identity. Evelyn strongly believes in the power to advocate positive change through the arts. As an actor she has performed with Open Theatre Project in SLAM Boston & Gay Shorts. When she is not on stage, Evelyn is an Assistant Project Manager for a firm that specializes in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services. Her focus is in Vehicles and Transportation. She is a member of the Boston Chapter of WTS: Advancing Women in Transportation.
VIVIEN SINGER
TREASURER
Vivien brings her background in applied mathematics and her love of numbers to the OTP treasurer’s role. Currently with the consulting firm McKinsey, Vivien has been an applied economist for more than 30 years primarily focused on measuring the impact of everything from the adoption of new technology to changes in tariffs and subsidies to building museums and hosting the Olympics on economies worldwide. She is a first generation American whose love of theatre, music and art was instilled in her by her parents who hailed from Berlin and Vienna. She was brought into the OTP family by her playwright/composer husband, Howard, who has had several productions with OTP and is a member of the OTP core. In addition to Howard, Vivien shares her life with her daughter Zoey and her whoodle, Sasha.
