OTP is constantly focusing on building our base through two forms of volunteer membership... one is the OTP CORE, our management, structural, and artistic leadership staff that meet weekly, put together the programing we present, and get a big say in what we do and how we do it. The other is our OTP COMMUNITY, which is where our artistic base is housed, those who want to know what's going on, let us know what we should be doing, and support the company as a whole.

Have you ever wanted to run the theatre company that you work for? Then the OTP Core is where you want to be. Everything that OTP does is brought to life by the core, with a diverse set of backgrounds, we have shaped the ideas of each member and our community into the world you’ve seen at OTP so far. The CORE currently meets weekly on Thursdays throughout JP and Greater Boston. We have tons of opportunities in our production, management and marketing teams at OTP, so if you like a challenge, and want a real say in your theatrical community then this is the place for you.

Our OTP Community Members play a huge part in the development of OTP’s goals and artistic focus. Every other month we will host a TOWN HALL MEETING as part networking event, part open forum, and part info session for everything OTP.
